1. About ByeBoss

ByeBoss (byeboss.in) is a job platform operated by ByeBoss Technologies. We connect verified employers with qualified candidates using AI-powered matching and transparent hiring processes.

2. Candidate terms

By uploading your resume, you consent to ByeBoss processing your data to match you with relevant job listings. Your resume and profile data is stored locally on your device. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. You may delete your data at any time by clicking Log out.

3. Employer terms

Employers must post genuine, active job listings only. Fake listings, misleading job descriptions, or ghosting candidates without response will result in account suspension and a public rating penalty. All companies are verified before activation.

4. Smart Slots & Auto-rejection

Each job has a limited number of application slots to ensure quality over volume. If an employer does not respond to an application within 10 days, ByeBoss will automatically reject the application on their behalf with a reason, protecting candidate time and maintaining platform integrity.

5. Limitation of liability

ByeBoss acts as a platform connecting candidates and employers. We are not responsible for hiring decisions, employment outcomes, or disputes between candidates and employers. We do not guarantee employment.

What we collect

Resume content (processed locally), name, email, phone, location, and professional details you provide during registration. For HR accounts: company name, work email, and job posting details.

How we use it

To match you with relevant jobs, show employers your application, and improve our matching algorithms. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or third parties.

Data storage

Currently all data is stored in your browser's local storage. This means your data stays on your device and is not sent to external servers (except when our AI processes your resume). We are working on secure cloud storage for future versions.

Your rights

You can delete all your data at any time by clicking Log out on the main screen. For questions or data requests, email us at privacy@byeboss.in.
